Policies

• Any purchase or deposit is subject only to a merchandise exchange or in-store credit within seven days. We do not provide refunds.
• For all in-store credits and exchanges, we do not refund the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error.
• Engraved and/or personalized products (including initials, lettering, and custom sizes) are final sale and cannot be exchanged/returned for store credit.
• All purchased items that are not in original condition, will not be eligible for in-store credit or exchanges.
• Freddy's Certified Diamonds & Fine Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any in-store credit/exchange of any item that does not meet the above requirements.
• Special orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• With the purchase of any engagement ring, one free sizing is included.
• Your free sizing is eligible for up to six months from the original purchase date
• Any sizing requirements thereafter will be subject to a charge.

• All natural, certified diamonds are eligible for an upgrade.
• You will receive credit equal to 100% of the original price toward the purchase of a new diamond.
• The price of the new diamond must be at least twice the price of your original diamond.
• Your diamond must be in its original condition with the original diamond grading report.
• Lab Grown Diamonds are not eligible for upgrades, returns, or exchanges.

Engagement Rings:

• All center natural diamond engagement rings will be provided with its corresponding certificate and detailed appraisal for insurance purposes.
• All center lab-grown diamond engagement rings will be provided with its corresponding certificate and detailed appraisal for insurance purposes.
• All center uncertified diamond engagement rings will be provided with a detailed appraisal for insurance purposes.
• All colored gemstones used in the center for an engagement ring will be provided with a detailed appraisal and/or its corresponding certificate if it provides for.
